IISUnderground - A help website for setting up Microsoft IIS

About IIS Underground

This website was created by Andrew Whyman in January 2012, and was mainly created as an archive for myself on how to perform certain tasks on IIS. The reason being is that on a production server you don’t have to do it very often (only when the server gets rebuilt, which happens around once a year when the hardware is upgraded). For this reason it’s easy to forget how to do certain tasks so an archive is always a good idea. I decided to make that archive public to help out anyone who also sets up IIS servers.

It also spanned from another website I run, AbyssUnderground, which has a similar purpose but for Aprelium’s Abyss Web Server. The site is no longer updated but is kept online because it’s still used by around 70 people per day.
